Shri Yogesh Khakre, Chief Operating Officer of B-NeST Incubation Centre, Smart City Development Corporation Limited, Bhopal conducted a lecture session on the “Importance and Establishment Process of Incubation and Innovation Centre” at the PSS Central Institute of Vocational Education (PSSCIVE), Bhopal on 13^th January 2023. The Chief Guest of the programme, Dr. Suresh Kumar Jain, Vice Chancellor, Barkatullah Vishwavidyalaya, Bhopal in his inaugural address highlighted the importance of innovation in preparing youth for entrepreneurship. Two hundred ninety-eight participants, including students of colleges and schools, teachers, faculty and staff of PSSCIVE attended the lecture session. Shri Yogesh Khakre stated that the youth should be encouraged for starting new start-ups so that they can contribute to the development and economic growth of the country. He opined that the new educational technology, teaching methodology, game-based methodology, innovations and experiential learning methods should be adopted in the education system. He discussed the importance of establishment of incubation centre schools and colleges to develop an ecosystem of entrepreneurship for the students. The programme was coordinated by Dr. V.K. Jain.
