Department of Business and Commerce (DBC)

The Department of Business and Commerce was established with a team of faculty members for providing research and development inputs to the design and development of relevant guidelines, courses and teaching-learning materials for vocationalisation of secondary and higher secondary education in banking and financial sector. Over the years, the department has developed the credibility of designing and developing courses and conducting training programmes for vocational teachers. The department has developed 18 curricula, 3 practical manuals for pre-vocational education and 06 textbooks and practical manuals for +2 level (Class 11 & 12) for vocational courses.
