A capacity building programme for teachers on employability skills for the western region was organised by the PSS Central Institute of Vocational Education (PSSCIVE), Bhopal from 22^nd to 24^th February 2023. Forty teachers participated in the three-days programme. The programme was inaugurated by Dr. Deepak Paliwal, Joint Director, and coordinated by Dr. Saurabh Prakash, Professor and Head, Department of Engineering and Technology, PSSCIVE. The teachers were acquainted with topics that included policies and practices on vocationalisation of school education under Samagra Shiksha, roles of teachers in employability skills development, ICT skills, preparation of lesson plan for employability skills, communication skills, entrepreneurship skills, etc. A video film on employability skills was also shown to the participants
