The PSSCIVE and RIE jointly celebrated Constitution Day
The Regional Institute of Education and PSS Central Institute of Vocational Education jointly celebrated Constitution Day on 26th November 2022.
The programme started with the Preamble of Indian Constitution by Dr Deepak Paliwal, Joint Director, PSSCIVE.
Prof. Jaydeep Mandal, Principal, RIE in his speech, welcomed the guests. In his speech he said that the both institutions is trying to achieve the goals and aspirations of the people of the country by respecting and adhering to the constitutional values.
Prof. Ramesh Babbu in his speech said that the democratic setups of the countries that got independence in the 1930s and 1940s were brought down by military revolts, but only in India the democratic setup stood strongly inspite of its vast diversity because of the very nature of the Indian Constitution, which provides the space for diverse aspirations.
Shree Vijay Chandra, District and Session Judge, Registrar, National Judicial Academy Bhopal, had an interactive session on constitutional awareness with the audience. He said the Government of India given today's celebration the theme "India: The Mother of Democracy for today celebration to encourage debates and discussion. He also said that as a teacher, one should have knowledge about the fundamentals of law, which will help one be a good citizen of the country. While having question and answer, he said that Article 21 of the Constitution, which says "Protection of Life and Personal Liberty," is the core of the Constitution.
Shree Ashok Pandey said in his precident of function speech that the people of the country start becoming unfaithful to country because they have not read the Constitution of India. He also said that as citizens of the country, we have to follow the duties of the citizens to build and develop our nation.
The programme is ended with National Anthem.
